Q: I can't link my ticket to the app, it's giving me an error

The most common errors are:1. Somebody else has already linked that ticket to their account. Sometimes, customers will log in to our app using one method (i.e. Sign in with Apple) and link a ticket. Then, they'll get a new phone, or reinstall the app, or somehow get logged out. Then, when they log back into the app, they log in using a different method (i.e. Login with Facebook). This technically creates a new account. They don't see their ticket in the account and when they try to link their ticket again, they get an error (because it's already linked to the original account they created/linked with). To fix this, you can unlink the ticket from the original account by: 1. <a href="https://www.barcrawlnation.com/account">Sign in to your account on our website</a> using the credentials used during ticket purchase 2. After that, bounce around to your favorite participating venues, party it up, and be sure to scan the QR code at each spot to win party giveaways and swag!

Every venue visited on the crawl is an opportunity to spin-to-win instant prizes that can be redeemed at that venue.

The prizes can range from free items like tacos, party beads, or drinks (where allowed by law) to super discounted items, like buy-one-get-one food/drinks, $1 items, etc.

We've had hundreds of different prizes and every venue is different. You'll have to use the app, check in, and spin-to-win to find out!

Are food & drinks included in the ticket price?

Tickets do include exclusive access to a la carte food specials (and drink specials where allowed by law) at each venue.

Tickets do not include the cost of food & drinks outside these two exceptions:

1. VIP tickets typically include some food items and a drink tasting. Please refer to the ticket details on the event's page on our website.

2. For VIP and General Admission participants, during the event, itâs possible to spin-to-win food items (and drinks where allowed by law) as rewards when âchecking inâ with the app at participating venues.

I'm a DD, do I still need a ticket?

Drinking during our events is 100% optional, so a ticket is mandatory whether you choose to drink or not.

I can't find my tickets, can you resend them to me?

Accepted Answer

You can access your tickets anytime by signing into our website. Be sure to log in using the same credentials as when you purchased the ticket(s). Just click the "View, Send or Modify Tickets" link once you're there.

After a ticket is linked to the Bar Crawl Nation app, you can also view it there by tapping your profile picture (circle in top left), then "my events" and âsee ticketâ.

I can't make it anymore, can you refund my ticket?

You can cancel an individual ticket or a full order from your personal dashboard after logging in to our website.

Click the "View, Send or Modify Tickets" for the event you want to cancel.

Click the "Cancel for Credit" on a ticket to cancel that individual ticket or click "Cancel All Tickets for Credit" to cancel the full order.

Please note that all sales are final, so we do not offer refunds, but you will be issued a credit in the form of a promo code that can be used towards any future ticket purchase. The code is good for a year.

Does it matter whose name is on the ticket?

No! Tickets are transferable, so it doesnât matter whose name is on the ticket.

Can I sell my ticket to somebody else?

Accepted Answer

Yes! Tickets are transferable, so you can sell them (or give them) to somebody else to use.

You can send the ticket(s) to the new owner from your personal dashboard after logging in to our website. Follow the "View, Send or Modify Tickets" link, then type their email address in the ticket field and hit "send".

Please note that commenting on our social media properties (i.e. Instagram/Facebook) to sell tickets is prohibited.

Question 15

I'm going to be late, is that OK?

Accepted Answer

Arriving Within 3 Hours of Start Time:

Event staff will be at the starting venue to scan tickets and register participants until 3 hours after the start time. For example, if an event starts at 2pm, and you arrive before 5pm, you'll likely miss some of the festivities, but you can at least check in with staff and get the event wristband.

Arriving 3+ Hours After Start Time:

Arriving this late will miss the starting party and your opportunity to receive the event wristband.

That said, the ticket will still unlock the event in the app, and you can still "check in" at venues and spin-to-win prizes - including the "final prize" for completing the crawl.

The only issue is that staff at participating venues may deny you access to prizes or specials if you do not have the event wristband on. Please note, once you "check in" at a venue using the app, you forfeit your opportunity to cancel the ticket for credit (see below).

Missing the Event:

If you're going to miss the event, you can cancel your ticket for credit from the personal dashboard on our website. Sign in to your account and click "View, Send or Modify Tickets". From that screen you can cancel an individual ticket or the whole order for credit. A credit equal to the purchase price of the ticket will be issued in the form of a promo code you can use towards future event tickets. The code is good for a year.

Please note: We do not issue refunds for cancelled tickets or missed events. All sales are final.

Can a friend arrive early and register for me?

Yes! If you're going to arrive late to the event, a friend can arrive early and present your ticket for an event wristband.

Please note the "I'm going to be late" section of our FAQ for more options if you're going to be very late or miss the event.

Question 17

Do I need 21+ ID?

Accepted Answer

Yes! Our events are exclusively for those 21 years of age and older. You should be prepared to show ID at the entrance of every participating establishment.

Please note, this includes NO babies in strollers or strapped to your chest "The Hangover" style. Please leave the kiddies at home!

What is the dress code?

Accepted Answer

Many of our events have themes which we encourage you to dress up for. If you're looking for some festive gear, check out our shop.

In general, we suggest dressing to impress, like if you're going to Sunday Brunch or afterwork Happy Hour. Participating venues set their own entrance standards which could include deny entrance for wearing certain articles of clothing deemed offensive or excessively revealing.

Please be mindful of potentially problematic costume accessories (i.e. a âweaponâ during Halloween).

If you are concerned about meeting dress code, please contact the venue(s) directly and ask them about their policy.

Do I need transportation to get to each venue?

No! All our events take place in walkable neighborhoods. Typically, participating venues are within a few blocks of each other. The furthest distance between venues will never be more than a 7 minute walk.

Do you offer transportation to/from the event?

We do not offer transportation services. We suggest getting safe transportation through Uber, Lyft, Taxi Service, or Limoð

Keep in mind, that only venues within walking distance of our starting venue are considered for participation.

Do you have space for vendors at your events?

Accepted Answer

Because our events take place inside independently operated venues, we do not have vendor space. Please contact the venues directly if you are interested in vendor space.
